Service

AircondBoleh.my is a marketplace that connects customers with independent aircond installers. Installers are independent contractors, not our employees. We match you with an installer based on your postcode and service request; you contract directly with the installer.

Pricing

Indicative prices listed on the site are starting prices. Final price is quoted by the installer based on your specific job. Customer pays the installer directly.

Warranty

All services booked through AircondBoleh.my carry a 1-year workmanship warranty, honoured by the installer. If the installer refuses warranty service, contact us and we will assist.

Installer terms

Installers pay a lead fee (RM 15/accepted lead) for leads they accept. Declined or expired leads incur no fee.

Liability

Our liability is limited to re-assigning your job to another installer if the assigned installer fails to deliver.
